What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what standard analytics record:

• Forms. When you send us a problem or book a demo, we receive what you submit: your name, company, work email, and the problem you describe.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type). These tools set cookies.

How we use it

To respond to you, to schedule and run demos, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to improve the site. That's it. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train anything.

Who processes it

Your form submissions and analytics run through service providers we use to operate: Google (Workspace, Analytics, Tag Manager), Slack (internal notifications when you contact us), and Resend (newsletter delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and subscriber emails are kept while they're relevant to an active or potential conversation. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one email — every send includes a way out.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: hello@meetbean.ai.
• Block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works fine without them.
